Team Competition Style

Best for larger groups and where you want players to set the market dynamics. Participants have functional roles to play in their teams which operate as companies competing against each other as they deal with strategic issues, real-to-life negotiations and markets for people, resources, finance, research and sales. Again, you choose the learning outcomes, degree of difficulty and issues to be resolved.

Case Study Style

For small or large groups where you want participants to learn a new skill and practice it in a true-to-life environment. Similar to Boardroom and Team styles above but played without individual role plays and an emphasis on combined group learning. More depth and less pace. Particularly useful for topics such as Business Finance Skills for Non-Accountants. You choose the exercises, models and skill sets you need participants to learn.
